Providing full design build services to the homeowner, in this project TMD performed a full house remodel and an addition totaling over 1,200 square feet. The added space included an expanded dining room on the main level, a master suite addition complete with adjacent laundry room, a loft to function as a kids play room, and expanding the existing two car garage to four car! The remodeled space included a new kitchen, new finishes throughout the home and three remodeled bathrooms. (Architect: Jim Jose, AIA).
